Went for dinner to celebrate friend’s birthdays and also last friend meal before Christmas. We had pre ordered our meal selections. We felt slightly rushed at the beginning by the staff. I had fish pie as my main - I felt the fish was a little lacking and could have had more fish and less mash! Overall a good evening

We had a delightful Christmas afternoon tea, the food was sublime with so much effort put in to creating a fabulous Christmas setting on the top layer of cakes…. This is definitely a jewel in the crown and a hidden gem… we were all delighted with the service we were given by the lovely Manpreet… such a sweet young lady with impeccable manners…. Will definitely be returning soon and hopefully staying over to relish a well reviewed breakfast

I had a very relaxing time. The food was unique and different from afternoon tea in other hotels. I really liked the scones here. They were crispy, small, easy to eat and the jam was delicious. I was also happy that they provided high chairs for my baby. The atmosphere is casual, perfect for visiting with my kids. It was full when I visited. Everyone enjoyed chatting so I didn't have to worry if my kids were a bit loud.
