Surprised my sister for her birthday and we had the most lovely and memorable experience that was highlighted by the exceptional service provided by the staff. Can’t wait to do it again.

The atmosphere, environment as well as the food served was all brillant. Would highly recommend.

The staff were absolutely lovely. Booked as a treat for my two girls. The room was fabulous for photos. The staff couldn’t do enough for us and the afternoon tea looked beautiful. The only thing I’d say is there should be more options for sandwiches ideally. However they did change over some for us.

We booked for breakfast and the service was excellent and we were treated with great courtesy. Thank you Holly, Roberto and all the staff there. You were wonderful and understanding. The service, food and quiet place for the price paid were worth it and more.

A very pleasant experience. The service and food were two of the outstanding features. It is a classy indoor setting but the experience would be improved if it were possible to move this to an upper room with views across Hyde Park. Another small thing for the hotel to consider. A classic china tea service, using real tea rather than teabags, would add class to this experience. However, I can't fault the flavour of the teas that were offered.
