The aim is to source the best produce available locally and beyond to prepare delicious dishes with no fuss to let the quality of the produce shine. We have a nice relaxing lounge area and the atmosphere is cosy and classy. The garden area has great views and is open on warm days for dining. We are also dog friendly.Orwells offers a choice of Al a carte, Wednesday - Sunday alongside a Tasting menu.The Lunch menu runs from Wednesday to Sunday, its £45 for 2 courses and £55 for three courses. A beautiful warm and inviting country pub, complimented by exceptional service and incredible food. We walked from Henley through Harpsden Woods into Shiplake and enjoyed a fantastic lunch. Couldn’t fault anything. We have dined all over the area and it is so rare to find a place that delivers on all fronts. Cost, ambience, service and food second to none. Can not recommend enough and can’t wait for our next visit!

First of all the staff are friendly. The ambience of the restaurant is warm and cozy with a sort of rustic feel. The food is incredible with good portions! Highly recommended to family and friends!

Excellent Quiz night. We didn’t have the full meal experience. Instead we had pizza and garlic bread, which was fantastic.
