Under new ownership, The Black Horse has recently undergone extensive refurbishment both inside and out, creating one of the nicest pub environments in the area.Food is our passion and we will never compromise on quality. Lovely evening. The lady that looked after us was wonderful. Friendly and attentive. The food was lovely. The whole team were very welcoming. Nice to see so many smiling team members. January can be tough in hospitality. Well done all of you.

Wonderful space. Really helpful and friendly staff. Let us sit around playing games afterwards too with no onward bookings. Thanks guys!!! Only reason for not 5* food is limited veggie options. Value of food very, very fair for the quality of food and venue, but does add up fast if on three courses.

Food was so good and staff were very friendly. It was a bit empty but we went on Christmas Eve lunch so makes sense.

This is the second time we have had Sunday lunch and the food was delicious, service was first class. Our waitress Aga and the team were excellent, very helpful and extremely pleasant. Will definitely recommend going there.
