The mini beef Wellingtons were outstanding. The Cesar salad was outstanding, the braised short ribs were outstanding. Everything was cooked perfectly, flavors melded nicely and it was thoroughly enjoyable. My husband had the prime rib and it too was outstanding. Everything was cooked perfectly! We have been to Flatz on multiple occasions in the past. It’s one of those hidden gems that you don’t realize is there but when you do, it’s a delight.
