They have more marbling and flavor than the choice filets most other steak houses serve. Bob’s dinners have always included their iconic, larger than life, glazed carrot and your choice of potato. It’s a tradition and a great value they are proud to offer our guests. One carrot with one prime steak at a time totaling, about three tons of carrots each week.     What a flawless experience. I was staying at the Viata for one night, so I booked a reservation for one for dinner at Laurel.  I feel like I was treated like royalty. I ordered the focaccia with whipped ricotta, potate frite, and a Bitter Italian salad, and it was all just delicious.  There was a musician in the lobby of the bar, and that just made the atmosphere all the more perfect. I recommended both dinner and a stay at the Viata to all of my friends.

    The service was excellent, they were very busy and anticipated delays and brought out a salad to bide the time. Other than the host, everyone was so helpful and attentive!
