A place that feels like home.. I don't mean that in a sense that the place is covered in dog hair, the tv is blaring, the kids are screaming and there's lego all over the floor; more in a sense that you feel welcomed, content and at home from the minute you enter, right up until you leave. We wanted to create a place, that I myself, would want to visit on a regular basis. A place where your name is more important to us than your money is. A place where you feel like a regular from your first visit. A place where you feel like a part of our family. A place you felt you've been before. A place that feels like home.... Ok, so we have fancy wine glasses, twinkling candles, nice chairs and really shiny cutlery, but don't let that fool you... The story of St Andrews Beach Brewery dates back to the early 2000’s, when our Co-founder Andrew Purchase built the racetrack on the property for the royal family of Australian horse racing – the Freedman Brothers. We went for lunch the day after New Years Day which is one of the busiest dyes . Our waitress was excellent, and the food was ideal for a lunchtime meal. The only downside was that the initial courses came very quickly- almost on top of each other. Towards the end this slowed to a reasonably timeframe. Overall an excellent experience.

Must visit this beautiful gem!!! The food was a highlight for us!!! Every meal not only looked good, but exceeded expectations in terms of taste. Great value for money. Service was good. Must try the chocolate Brownie!!! Gooey on the inside, melt in your mouth!!!

Highly recommend Jimmy Rum for a relaxing and easy night out. Food is delicious with many tasty share plates. Lots of drink choices too. Definitely coming back with friends to enjoy this very cozy, funky, friendly (staff) local eatery.
