Welcome to Roberts Scratch Kitchen. We are a fine dining continental cuisine BYOB scratch kitchen restaurant located in Totowa New Jersey. Serving lunch and dinner with daily specials, offering a full Gluten Free Menu. Our modern spacious dining room is finely detailed, cozy, and relaxing, with a trendy classy feel.At RSK our food is made from scratch. We do not use any ready-made prepared foods. Our kitchen has no freezer. Food is purchased fresh daily. Meals are homemade in the restaurant kitchen just a few feet from where you are dining. We also ask to bare with us as it is hard to find staff and we try to keep the prices as low as possible due to the high food costs these days and also trying to find the product in these strange times. We only use top of the line high quality provisions. On weekends we have a 90 minute table time for 2 tops and 2 hour table time for larger then that on the earlier seatings.

At Bivio our passion is authentic Neapolitan pizza. Napoli... our love of the city, its cuisine, and in particular, its pizza is where our story began. We heard time and time again “It’s all about the dough.” True to Neapolitan tradition, and the passion of the pizzaioli, we construct our pizza using “00” flour from Naples, San Marzano DOP tomatoes, extra virgin olive oil, fresh basil, fior di latte or bufala mozzarella, and sea salt. Our dough is gently mixed using a 28 year old “lieveto madre” (natural yeast culture) then with intense heat is baked in our wood burning il forno. Happy we got to experience Bivio’s contemporary take on Neapolitan pizza. The pizza has a larger crust that has a nice crispness. A traditional Neapolitan pie is moist and soft in the middle(lots of flop). Bivio’s pie has very little flop which is more of an american flair. We started with the fennel salad and glad we did. Dressing was not over powering with flavors of lemon zest mixed with the blood orange in the dish was refreshing. Was a pleasure to speak with Dana, David, & James who were happy to share there knowledge and joy of pizza and Bivio. This place is a must try.

My husband and I dined at this authentic gourmet Italian restaurant on a Thursday night. The food was delicious and the service was superb! I highly recommend this beautiful, quaint ,elegant BYOB Italian Osteria for an elegant pleasant dining experience. . I already made reservation for a Saturday night to celebrate Christmas with our best friends 🍷 Massimo , owner and chef is very amicable and knowledgeable so as Mauricio, and Fabrizio.

Me and my boyfriend went to celebrate our anniversary and had one of the best services. The waiter was so kind and patient and constantly making sure we were okay. One of the best places to go to for your birthday, anniversary, etc. They do events and so much more! Inside was beautiful especially with the holiday decor. I would 1000% go back again. Food was also extremely amazing.

Adam Weiss creates the most beautiful and delicious food . Everything is cooked to perfection and his staff is very conscientious about food allergies. Hedy Weiss is the best hostess ever. On a rainy cold night we had a delicious meal 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
