Welcome to Roberts Scratch Kitchen. We are a fine dining continental cuisine BYOB scratch kitchen restaurant located in Totowa New Jersey. Serving lunch and dinner with daily specials, offering a full Gluten Free Menu. Our modern spacious dining room is finely detailed, cozy, and relaxing, with a trendy classy feel.At RSK our food is made from scratch. We do not use any ready-made prepared foods. Our kitchen has no freezer. Food is purchased fresh daily. Meals are homemade in the restaurant kitchen just a few feet from where you are dining. We also ask to bare with us as it is hard to find staff and we try to keep the prices as low as possible due to the high food costs these days and also trying to find the product in these strange times. We only use top of the line high quality provisions. On weekends we have a 90 minute table time for 2 tops and 2 hour table time for larger then that on the earlier seatings.

At Bivio our passion is authentic Neapolitan pizza. Napoli... our love of the city, its cuisine, and in particular, its pizza is where our story began. We heard time and time again “It’s all about the dough.” True to Neapolitan tradition, and the passion of the pizzaioli, we construct our pizza using “00” flour from Naples, San Marzano DOP tomatoes, extra virgin olive oil, fresh basil, fior di latte or bufala mozzarella, and sea salt. Our dough is gently mixed using a 28 year old “lieveto madre” (natural yeast culture) then with intense heat is baked in our wood burning il forno. YOU MUST TRY SOLA OSTERIA! This lovely place serve authentic Italian food! As Italians, me and my husband miss the flavours of our home, so we decided to come and have a meal at Sola’s. We went for lunch and had a great time, the owner, Chef Massimo Sola came out to know us and to make sure we were having a good time (btw we had a blast:). We ate a couple of antipasti and two pasta mains to share, let me tell you, I felt at home and oh boy, I’ve missed that feeling! You really can taste the passion and the love they put into their food. It’s a culinary experience, and I promise you, you won’t be disappointed:)

Fiorinos is our neighborhood gem. I have been a regular for almost 30 years. The food and service are consistently top notch. The decor is attractive and welcoming and as is the staff and the owners.

From beginning to end the dining experience was excellent. We were greeted by Robert and led to a private table. Our servers were attentive and described all specials and menu's perfectly. Prices of specials were not mentioned. We didn't have a problem with that, but other diners may. Every selection we chose, and there were 4 adults, were a hit!! The flavor of each dish kept you coming back for more. From appetizers, salad, entree's and desserts we walked out full and happy. Will definitely return to this Gem!!
