Demonstrating our reputation as a leader in education and training for hospitality and culinary students, the students practice delivering fine dining food & develop their skills within an operational environment. The amusee bouche was delicious and welcomed with the bread roll as it took quite a while for the entree to arrive. My husband was not impressed by the salmon entree and left most of it. I enjoyed the ravoli - I could taste the pumpkin middles (usually with ravioli I can't) but I found the creamy sauce a bit too rich and overpowering. My husband really enjoyed the duck main and I quite enjoyed the steak, though it was a bit gristley. I would have preferred less steak and more veg. The creme brulee was delicious. The mocktail was nice. We took home the petit fours which were lovely morsels.
