BEAR Hockley is perched slap-bang in the middle of Nottingham's creative neighbourhood. With its small red frontage nestled in amongst the rainbow colours of Carlton Street, the store has a lot more to show off inside than first meets the eye. Expect light, breezy decor, cosy coffee & cocktail nooks, and (our favourite feature) a beautiful glass roof that floods the place with natural sunlight.

Red Dog is an authentic Bar and American BAR-B-Q restaurant, serving 18-hour roast ribs, brisket, aged chuck steak burgers and much more, all best enjoyed with tasty cocktails or milkshakes.Barbeque grew up in the South of the USA where cooks learned to slow roast cuts of meat over fire pits to make them tender. Exposure to the smoke of the smouldering wood added a distinctive smoky and juicy taste to the meat. Our award-winning smokers have been imported from the USA and are built to recreate the cooking process of those original fire pits. We use the traditional American woods of hickory and mesquite to give a full smoke flavour, and the meat stays in the smoker for up to 18 hours.

Pho Nottingham is a healthy Vietnamese restaurant with loads of vegan and gluten free options. We specialise in pho, the Vietnamese noodle soup, and also serve delicious curries, rice dishes, wok-fried noodles and healthy salads, too. We also have loads of starters that are perfect for sharing with friends and family. Over a third of our menu is vegan, and nearly all of it is gluten-free, so we are a great destination for people who follow those particular diets. We are accredited by Coeliac UK.     AMAZING! I can believe this restaurant has been open for 3 years and I had no idea! This is a hidden gem with absolutely stunning decor and ambience, incredible tasty food and drinks and wonderful staff. The service was impeccable, they were really on it and made our experience so lovely! I can’t say enough nice things about this place, it’s a must try!!!!

    Another great night. Excellent food, lovely bottle of Farmers Blonde and a great bottle of red wine. All of the staff are delightful, friendly, warm, welcoming, knowledgeable and professional. It’s a fantastic little restaurant which delivers outstanding food. Can’t recommend it highly enough. Great value for money too.
