The food was excellent, the ambience was cozy and relaxing and all the staff was A+. I can’t recall the name of our waitress but she was superb! Also everyone who interacted with us was friendly, polite and very pleasant. Thank you for the wonderful time!

We can’t say how much we thoroughly enjoyed our meal at Baires Grill in Doral. From the minute, we walked in the staff was knowledgeable about my allergies and so very accommodating. There were three things on the menu that I was interested in eating and the chef said it was OK for me to eat any of one of those. I can’t tell you how rare that is for me. My husband had the linguine fruite de Mare with black ink sauce, and he said it was one of the most authentic dishes he’s had outside of Italy. High praise from him. I had the gnocchi and all I can do is say how wonderful it was. We also started with the fried provolone cheese, which was absolutely scrumptious. Finishing off the meal with some churros. I can’t tell you the last time we were both so excited by a meal. We truly appreciated the entire experience and truly enjoyed everything. We highly recommend this restaurant.

I have dined here before and it never disappoints. The staff is friendly and attentive and the food is great.

We always enjoyed our time at Soya. Sushi and tepanyakki super good!

We had the 60 dollar omakase. Food was quality but I wish they would bring it one by one instead of three at a time. Additionally, every other omakase ends with miso soup but this one did not. Overall, I enjoyed the experience and would go again.
