I have visited the establishment on multiple occasions and have consistently been impressed by the quality of the food and the exceptional friendliness, politeness, and helpfulness of the staff.

This was our first visit here and after a family function at the symphony hall we can e here. We had my mom with us who has very poor mobility, but the staff were really kind and helpful and guided us to the lift to the downstairs restaurant area. The staff were attentive, friendly, interactive and humorous - really great. The food was generally good, with the exception of the braised beef which was tough and fatty - seemed like left over beef slices rather than braised beef. Had a lovely meal with 4 of my friends. The service and the quality of the food was excellent. After ordering the food, the food came quite quickly. Delicious to eat. No complaints here. We had a meal today in Pho's above the Grand Central.

We dined from the Festive Menu which was extremely good value for money and the food was of excellent quality. The service was somewhat slow and staff showed disinterest once order was taken which was a pity considering the other positive factors.

We had a lovely pre-theatre lunch here, the food was fantastic and very good value for Birmingham. The service was excellent and staff were friendly and helpful. We had a seat in a booth by the window with views of the Jewellery Quarter. It's set in a beautiful part of Birmingham, just out of the busy city, in a calmer, quaint part and an easy and pleasant walk in to the city centre and to the Hippodrome. Highly recommend this restaurant and will definitely go back again!
