We love this place and dine here weekly; rarely are we disappointed. However, on this visit, my bride’s salmon was overcooked (charred) as was the chicken on my sandwich. The server gladly had the salmon redone and I ate the chicken sandwich as served despite it being dry and a bit tough. Because this was a rare aberration, I am not the least bit discouraged about returning next week. With these exceptions, everything else about our visit (service, ambiance, promptness, etc.) was up to par.

Great service. Our waitress was excellent and managed our party of 20+ very well.

The food is always delicious and servings are generous. The noise level on weekends, though, even at lunchtime, can be loud enough to prevent fully hearing the person across the table. Our waitress Nina was attentive, funny, helpful, and caring. Overall, very enjoyable.

We have been to Charbroil before and had better experiences with our previous visits. I'm not saying that the food or service was bad. This time, they just seemed a bit more rushed. The quality of the food was not as good as our previous visits either. Several of the meat choices had more fat and grissel than I thought they should have. The grilled shrimp were good but a bit tougher than they should have been. Might have to give it a bit more time before our next visit.

Hosts did not greet me. It took over 15 min to get a server to greet us and take our drink order. The deal for the food was decent. Service got better throughout the night.
