Maison Carlos is a continental restaurant with an emphasis on French and Italian cuisine. Carlos and Lanie Farias opened Maison Carlos in December of 2002. After seven years on Clematis Street in downtown West Palm Beach, the couple made the decision to move their establishment a couple miles south to the El Cid neighborhood. They wanted a smaller restaurant with more of a neighborhood vibe. The new space has only eleven tables and is open for dinner only. Carlos is there every night, seating people, taking orders and is very hands on. Being open only for dinner Carlos spends his days shopping for the restaurant, selecting only the freshest ingredients.

The service is probably the best in PB Co. The food is always fantastic, I've never had a bad meal in all the years we've been dining here. On this last visit, they even made us a dish that's usually an off-season special. I'd talked it up so much to my out of town family, not realizing it was off-menu, but they offered to make it for us anyway. Exceptional in every way.

Outstanding food! I chose the seared tuna and avocado salad. I regularly select this type of salad at restaurants and The House version is the best version of this meal I have ever had. The service was also outstanding, the ambiance on the patio with a lovely view of the golf course during a December afternoon is perfect, and the price is very reasonable. I must return!!!

I go to Angle regularly. It is absolutely one of the best restaurants in Palm Beach county. The food and service are always excellent. I went with a neighbor last night and he told me how amazing the meal (wagyu filet) and service was compared to other restaurants in the area. Angle just changed the menu and it has so many compelling items, it is difficult to choose. If you go, ask for Michael as your server. He is truly one of the best!
