We've since added restaurants in Circular Quay, Westfield Sydney, Neutral Bay, Chatswood and Galeries Victoria, and in 2015 we added organic, fresh produce from our farm in Byron Bay. Nice venue with spectacular vista. Services were acceptable although it was a very busy night. Food quality was average. Worth a try if you haven’t been, but not a place I would return repeatedly.

The view! The ambience! Sublime. The food — interesting but flawed. Tasty but over processed. Too much pureed, gelleed, whipped. We needed more texture. It wound up being too much of the same. How many seafood gelee tastes do we want. Our table if 4 says, go once for the experience. One and done. It’s way expensive but we don’t regret having the total experience.
