Bistro Casanova offers Mediterranean fare, its roots coming from the Cinque Terre in Italy where the owner comes from. Returning after a 4+ year lapse to find the still high attention to detail and quality service instilled upon these students wishing to become part of the Industry. Food selection and portions for Luncheon were perfect. Presentation was in keeping with local traditions.

We tried a variety of foods and everything from the surf to the turf to the sushi bar was all amazing quality and reasonable portions. Even our kids loved the chicken tenders, which were perfectly prepared. Good beer selection and solid cocktails. The service was low-key and knowledgeable, atmosphere was casual and comfortable. Probably only once the trip destination for our budget, but definitely enjoyed everything about it.

We stopped for a late supper prior to our red eye out of Maui. The restaurant is close to the airport as was a perfect place to have a nice meal before our flight. The food, wine, service and value were all excellent. We would highly recommend.
