Carlos@b&v brings the finer side of dining and service to this unique little part of North London, on the Green in Winchmore Hill, a stone's throw from the mainline station of the same name and a short drive from Southgate on the end of the Piccadiily Line. Carlos himself is a restauranteur with flair, having built a reputation in the area over 30 years and so his experience with executing a dynamic and slick establishment brings much to be excited about. Guests will get that familiar 'welcome back' feeling even if they happen to be newcomers. The interiors are comfortably chic but inviting, with a warm ambience and the atmosphere is busy and vibrant. Live music and niche little magic entertainers are a regular occurrence. With an open alfresco feel in the summer, looking out on to the Green itself and a pavement terrace in warmer months too. I thought the food was amazing. We made a couple of requests like a birthday dessert and a window seat which were met. We had a young girl serve our table and she was awesome. Over all great birthday dinner for Dad :-)

Lovely place. Staff are very friendly. Left some items behind and they actually called me. I thought that was absolutely amazing. I’ll definitely go again. Food was amazing too.

My party was warmly greeted by Alex, he gave us great service throught our visit. Offered us opinions and explanations on dishes we were unsure of. Alex was very accommodating and friendly throughout. We also had great cocktails from Sergio who created drinks to our individual tastes and each cocktail was a hit. We had a great time and we'll definitely be back soon. The food is affordable, tasty and well portioned. There is a meal for all food preferences which makes it so much easier to have group meals here.
