In the heart of downtown Healdsburg, one of the country’s most accomplished chefs Kyle Connaughton, along with farmer and wife Katina Connaughton, host guests at SingleThread Farm-Restaurant-Inn, a 55-seat fine dining restaurant with five exclusive suites above the restaurant. The farm, located on 24 acres in the historic Dry Creek Valley, supplies vegetables, fruit, herbs, flowers and honey, to their restaurant. Guests of the restaurant are treated to a 10-course tasting menu, showcasing the seasonal bounty from the couple’s farm. SingleThread provides guests a bespoke hospitality experience in the center of Sonoma Wine Country.

Since 2012, The Parish Café has been serving traditional Louisiana cuisine in Sonoma County. McAnelly bezieht viele Speisen seines Menüs von Lieferanten und Bauernhöfen aus der Region. Viele Zutaten kommen zudem aus dem eigenen, 1,2 ha großen Gemüse- und Gewürzgarten des Restaurants, der sich in den nahegelegenen Chalk Hill Estate Vineyards befindet. Zu den Höhepunkten des täglich wechselnden Menüs zählen Crudo, Tatar, hausgemachte Pasta, frisch gepflückte Salate, gebratenes und gegrilltes Fleisch sowie Meeresfrüchte. Der Speisesaal wurde komplett in einen modernen und einladenden Raum verwandelt, der eine offene Küche, neue Bankette, Hartholzböden und handgeschmiedete Eisenoberflächen bietet. Die Bar wurde ebenfalls renoviert, um eine lebendige Umgebung mit neuen Oberflächen zu schaffen, darunter eine Carrera-Marmor-Bar. Brunch was devine! Eggs Benedict with extra hollandaise and chicken and waffles are second to none. Beautiful and comfortable patio. Service was outstanding! Will absolutely be back to try more drinks and dishes.
