Staff are absolutely amazing. Especially in the busy period. Everyone is super accomodating and forward thinking. Food excellent and everything come out super quick.

Yesterday’s lunch was once again fabulous, food, table and Staff excellent. I do wish to thank the Bar staff (especially the lovely woman) who was so kind to our 3 year old Grandson when he gave her the ticket for his drink. She took time to talk to him & made him feel special. With Staff like you have, it’s no wonder we keep returning. From the moment you arrive, the experience is first class. The staff are welcoming and polite, making you feel like 'an old friend' (without being intrusive). The decor is understated and elegant - a perfect combination for a 'special occasion'. The food is NEXT LEVEL. Our experience at Montrachet was without doubt the BEST dining experience we have encountered in Australia. Montrachet could compare favourably to the best in Paris. We are incredibly fortunate to have this dining experience in Brisbane. There are many French restaurants in this town that are French in name only. Montrachet however, is French in every sense of the word - elegant, traditional, classy - an experience to savour.

We followed this chef from a restaurant in Samford. We were devastated when he left there as it was never the same. Needless to say when we found out he was here at Italia Lane we eagerly awaited our booking and he did not disappoint! We had an evening booking and the atmosphere was delightful, the aesthetic very pleasing. Adam was super welcoming treating us like long lost friends. The wait staff were all wonderful, polite and full of smiles. Chef Rinno was superb as always. With our party size we had the Leave it to Chef menu and everything delivered to us was a gastronomical delight and there was plenty of it! If you order a pizza, don't leave the crusts they taste great, a flavour of their own!
