This was a great meal for our last dinner in Charlottesville. We had two misses during the visit and Cafe Frank was exactly what we needed. The halibut was perfectly cooked, the steak frites were delicious and our server, Dillon, was fantastic. We will definitely return on a future visit.

Fantastic food, service and ambiance as always. We have been coming here for the past two years and it hits the mark every time. We always get Raw Oysters, Oysters Rockefeller, and the mussels in the white wine cream sauce. SO GOOD!

The staff at Black Cow consistently go above and being to impress and you will not find better food and drinks in the city of Charlottesville. Thank you again for a great night!

The server was amazing. Knowledgeable and attentive. The food was beautiful and tasty. Ten out of ten. Will definitely be back.
