Vancouver Now Has Its Very-Own Georgian Restaurant!Dediko, owned by a mother-son team, serves the country’s famous stuffed breads and dumplings out of a cheery Evergreen Boulevard cafe. Dediko’s menu is stacked with the classics of that region, with a number of different khachapuri, soup-filled dumplings called khinkali, walnut-heavy vegetable dishes called phkali, and various grilled meats called mtsvadi. Also coming from the grill, Dediko’s kababi consists of a kebab-like grilled ground chicken patty with Georgian spices, folded in a roll of lavash flatbread. We went for Christmas. Limited menu with four entrees. At our table we had the pork loin, prime rib, and salmon entrees. Each of these meals were excellent! All commented best restaurant meal any of us had in a long time. Beautiful restaurant, wonder service.

Walking in it's a little hard to find the restaurant but that could be due to the Christmas tree the dining area is tucked in the back corner. Got us seated immediately with our reservation the food was fantastic. Water was always refilled. The service was great the staff checked on us frequently while letting us enjoy our time to talk. Highly recommend this place for a nice dinner or a date.

The food was great and the service was fantastic!! I have been anywhere recently with service as good as what we experienced. The restaurant was decorated very tastefully for the holidays and the ambiance was perfect. Highly recommend!
