The Cat Inn is a 16th century free house set in the picturesque village of West Hoathly, a hilltop village set in the heart of the Sussex countryside. It is in within easy distance from the towns of East Grinstead and Haywards Heath and only 25 minutes from Gatwick Airport. The Pub with its oak beams and two inglenook fireplaces proffers a warm and cosy atmosphere in the winter, whilst our terrace is perfect to enjoy a drink and food in the summer months. Being a free house we pride ourselves in the quality of our real ale, and concentrate on local breweries, such as Harvey's of Lewes and other micro breweries. Welcome to Reigate ManorGuests and residents are welcome to join us in our restaurant for afternoon tea and dinner 7 days a week.We offer a traditional or sparkling afternoon tea between 12pm and 5pm each day.Our dinner service is available between 7pm and 9pm. Last seats at 9pm.Famous throughout Surrey, our long running Sunday carvey is available for seating between 12:15pm and 1:15pm every week. During Covid-19 restrictions we are offering a plated meal rather than our usual hors d'oeuvres table and carvery station. Lovely brunch. The staff and manager were friendly, professional and helpful, happy to make adjustments to our meals to suit our preferences and dietary needs. Very nice environment, elegantly warm and cosy.

We had a great lunch for three of us. The only challenge was choosing from the many excellent choices on the menu. The staff were so friendly and attentive. A great place which lived up to our memories of previous visits.
