A relaxed and informal restaurant in London’s definitive contemporary hotel One Aldwych, Indigo offers a creative and ever changing British menu, which is largely gluten and dairy-free.Crafted by Executive Chef Dominic Teague, the menu showcases inventive dishes focusing on seasonal ingredients, carefully sourced from the British Isles. All food is beautifully prepared and lunch and dinner are entirely gluten and dairy-free, without compromising on quality ingredients or taste. Hawksmoor Wood Wharf is housed in an eco-friendly floating pavilion in a new riverside neighbourhood in Canary Wharf. Gently rising and falling with the tide, the main restaurant at dock-level is joined by a 120-seat waterside bar. Both include terraces with views across the water (squint your eyes and you might just see the ghosts of great ships laden with mighty lengths of timber that used to swing in and unload there). There's also a private dining room for up to 20 people named after the local legend Queenie Watts, a singer, songwriter, actor and self-confessed bawdy landlady (think Peggy Mitchell meets Joni Mitchell).
