This long-established restaurant in Ealing is known affectionately by its customers as “Mrs Chow’s” in homage to the lady in charge of the cooking, who believes in using fresh, natural ingredients. We had a great time however we were surprised to find out on arrival that the kitchen closes at 3pm even though we had a 2.45pm sitting, and we were told that we would thereafter be able to order drinks and not food. This should be made clear upon booking as we then would have booked an earlier table without having to frantically read the menu and order in a rush.

Amazing experience at Carluccio’s for my daughters birthday. Friendly staff really helped me to arrange a special table and they were really attentive to our needs . Food was delicious and will definitely come back
