In den 80er Jahren war es das erste Restaurant in NC, in dem Rauchen verboten war. Heute ist das Cafe der am längsten vom ursprünglichen Eigentümer geführte Gastronomiebetrieb in Raleigh. Es hat sich viel im Laufe der Jahre verändert, aber die Kernwerte sind dieselben geblieben. Für die preisgekrönten, selbst zubereiteten Mahlzeiten werden ausschließlich biologische Zutaten der Region verwendet. Das Irregardless ist ein Restaurant der gehobenen Klasse mit einer lockeren Atmosphäre. Es bietet frische Meeresfrüchte, Fleischgerichte, vegetarische und vegane Speisen sowie glutenfreie Menüs - immer zubereitet unter Berücksichtigung von Umweltbelangen. Wir haben auch einzigartige Weine und handwerklich gebraute Biere sowie Espressi, Cappuccini und 25 lose Tees auf der Karte. Jeden Abend wird Livemusik gespielt. We made reservations at 5 but they sat us early because we got there warlier than expected. Hostess was super nice and our waitress (Dawn) was awesome!! Food came out super fast and everything was delicious. It was my daughter’s sweet 16 and she had the best time. The pizookie was so good. Best dessert we’ve had in a while. Sliders, fries, steak,ribs, chicken tenders, and burgers were great. We’ll be back soon.

Like all M restaurants we have tried so far, M Test Kitchen is amazing. I loved everything we tried, and we tried almost everything! Imaginative, creative food and stellar service. Even the bathrooms had understated elegance. I recommend this restaurant highly for a special occasion.
