Born in a family with a passion for Gastronomy and Oenology, we opened our first French Wine Bistro, Cepage[s], in Notting Hill, London in 2014. Driven by the success of Cepage[s], my father Felix Cohen, who lives in Grenoble (French Alpes), came with the idea to open an authentic french cuisine restaurant in El Paso. 1700 is an excellent restaurant with a wonderful selection of meal options. The wagyu ribeye was amazing as was the short rib - both tender with amazing taste. Atmosphere is elegant and refined. Noise level can get a little loud but it doesn't take away from the experience. Highly recomment.

En servicio de reservas por medio de la app es muy practico y fácil de usar. El servicio del restaurante, el ambiente y decoración son excelentes, solo diría que el sabor de la comida es regular.
