Immerse yourself in this timeless Fairmont tradition, celebrating 100 years of Seattle's finest afternoon tea. In honor of our Centennial, savor a special menu that blends timeless elegance with modern touches, featuring winter flavors inspired by our December 6, 1924 opening. Each guest will also receive a parting gift - our limited-edition 1924 Olympic Blend.The experience is $95 per person, or $50 per child age 12 and under. We went on the OOLA distillery tour and decided to have dinner at OOLA Capitol Hill afterwards — BEST DECISION, and such a fun way to spend the afternoon. The signature burger and fries are BY FAR the best burger I’ve ever had. My husband and I each had a cocktail, and they were superb. The staff were really nice and the atmosphere was really relaxed and fun. We had a great time! We live about an hour away from Seattle and I’m not exaggerating when I say that we will be driving back for that burger again!

The new location is much bigger and more upscale than when the restaurant was above the Whole Foods on Westlake. Service was a bit slow to arrive, but friendly and professional when we connected with the server. Calamari was perfect -- highly recommended, as was the Sangiovese. I ordered a substitution of prosciutto for the nduja on the Tropea pizza. Kitchen missed this, but server brought out a side dish of prosciutto to complete the order.

David, our server, was absolutely wonderful. He’s very knowledgeable, and incredibly kind! He made our entire experience (for the 2nd year in a row)! We really enjoyed being in the hotel area this year. It felt cozy and very festive for Holiday tea!
