Started with salad and potato and Brussels sprouts and then scallops and flank steak and dessert. A wonderful small-plate experience with incredible service and incredible flavors. We loooved this restaurant.Mehr erfahrenBravas Bar de TapasPreis: Moderat• Spanisch• Healdsburg•4,6

Well attended too and no rush dining. French 75 cocktail was perfect! Only suggestion would be a scotch whiskey for the older crowd like a Johnnie Walker red. Not everyone likes a bourbon Manhattan.Mehr erfahrenAugie's FrenchPreis: Moderat• Französisch• Santa Rosa•4,7

As a relative newcomer to the vegan world, I was pleasantly surprised at the quality and tastiness of the food here. As appetizers, we had a red lentil soup and a breaded (but not fried) mushroom dish that reminded us of fried calamari. We had a mushroom main course and the Alfredo pasta, both of which were excellent, as were the Brussels sprouts (which used a tempeh sausage in lieu of the usual overly heavy bacon). The desserts too were better than expected, especially the chocolate pie. The service was friendly and attentive without being cloying. We had a reservation for the dining room, but they suggested we take patio seating instead. That proved to be a good recommendation. It was much quieter out there, and the heaters and available blankets offset a bit of chilliness. The dining room meanwhile, was pretty noisy. The meal was a bit pricey but definitely worth it for a special occasion. We will return.Mehr erfahrenMillennium OaklandPreis: Hoch• Vegan• Oakland•4,6

The Mill’s location is enchanting—nestled beside a fast-moving creek. Parking was convenient in a nearby lot near the bridge leading to a charming complex of restaurants and shops. Upon arrival, we were warmly greeted by the owner (Sanjeev), who escorted us to a cozy table for two right at the creek’s edge. The lunch menu was thoughtfully curated, offering a variety of dishes and beverages, both alcoholic and non-alcoholic. On the owner’s recommendation, we started with their special bread, a favorite among many Yelpers. It was fresh, perfectly seasoned with olive oil, garlic, and parsley—absolutely delicious! For our main courses, we had the clam chowder and the spicy chicken salad. Both dishes were flavorful, satisfying, and generously portioned. Whether you’re on a wine-tasting weekend or simply a local out for a scenic drive, we wholeheartedly recommend The Mill at Glen Ellen. It’s the kind of place that combines excellent food, picturesque views, and genuine hospitality to create a memorable dining experience.Mehr erfahrenThe Mill at Glen EllenPreis: Hoch• Amerikanisch• Glen Ellen•4,8
