Our “finest hour” was most definitely during the Battle of Britain in World War II, when we were commandeered by the RAF to serve as an auxiliary mess for Fighter Command at RAF Kenley. Sunday roast - chicken and lamb. Portion size was huge, really tasty chicken, roast tats and honey drizzled carrots were beautiful. Great value for money; would recommend. Love the manager and staff here too
