Gut ausgewählte und sorgfältig gezapfte Biere (Harveys Sussex und zwei weitere im Wechsel) sowie Weine (es sind 18 offene Weine erhältlich) ergänzen eine Reihe von authentischen Lagerbieren, Spirituosen und alkoholfreien Getränken. Das Essen wird frisch zubereitet und die Speisekarte wechselt täglich und je nach Saison. Der Fokus liegt hier darauf, angenehm, ehrlich und saisonal aber dennoch preisgünstig zu sein - das Team des Restaurants ist erfreut, bereits in seinem ersten Jahr vom Michelin die Auszeichnung Bib Gourmand für "Gutes Essen zu erschwinglichen Preisen" erhalten zu haben.
