Food & service qood, the only little thing food was not very hot when arrived at the table, but tasty all the same.

Recently went to the Hare & Billet for a lovely roast, was excited to see they offer a vegan wellington roast as an option online. However was disappointed upon learning that it’s no longer an option and had been taken off the menu when we were getting our orders taken. Luckily we had a fantastic server, Nathaniel who went above and beyond to offer options so that I could still enjoy the roast that I’d be looking forward too with a few tweaks here and there. Ended up having a lovely meal regardless! Thank you, Nathaniel & chefs at the Hare & Billet!

The food was great. The view of the castle was superb. The service was exceptional, and the waitress was pleasantly engaging.

Lovely food, lovely staff and a great vibe. Decent prices for good quality food.

The food, service and atmosphere were excellent. We will be returning again very soon.
