At Bivio our passion is authentic Neapolitan pizza. Napoli... our love of the city, its cuisine, and in particular, its pizza is where our story began. We heard time and time again “It’s all about the dough.” True to Neapolitan tradition, and the passion of the pizzaioli, we construct our pizza using “00” flour from Naples, San Marzano DOP tomatoes, extra virgin olive oil, fresh basil, fior di latte or bufala mozzarella, and sea salt. Our dough is gently mixed using a 28 year old “lieveto madre” (natural yeast culture) then with intense heat is baked in our wood burning il forno. A wonderful Thanksgiving Dinner with family. Very attentive service. Loved the second floor room we were in. Delicious three course pre-fixe dinner. The hanging bacon, of course, was outstanding. The Brussels sprouts were another winner. My family enjoyed the turkey, the short ribs, the steak, and the ravioli. Nice options. I loved my butternut squash soup, my boulevardier, and the crème brûlée . Overall, a quality, memorable meal.

Wonderful ambience with art and color. Food was excellent. Good thing I was with my daughter who knows what to order (she lives in London). Service excellent. Only fault: no menus except online, so you have to use cell phone however small the screen.

Loved the service, food, atmosphere! Thank you to the chef and staff for a beautiful dinner! Tuna tartare for appetizer was delicious. Chilean sea bass was so light and tasteful, and the ribeye was flavorful and cooked perfectly accompanied by great creamy spinach. I will be back! :)
