Nachdem man sich an der Architektur TRBs im Mission Revival Style satt gesehen hat, tritt man ins Innere und wird dort von einer dreifach gewölbten Bar aus Brunswick- Mahagoni begrüsst. Eine 20 Meter lange Bar ist mit großen Schalen mit farbenprächtigen Zitrusfrüchten für die Cocktailzubereitung bestückt- der ideale Platz für einen Snack oder ein Glas Wein. Im Hintergrund ist die offene Küche, wo man den Köchen bei der Arbeit zusehen kann, und der Loungebereich, der auch als "Weinbibliothek" bezeichnet wird. Unsere Wein liegen in Regalen aus knotigem Holz und sind nach Region sortiert. Die Nordseite unseres Speisesaals ist eine Fensterfront und bietet Blick auf den Brunnen im Innenhof. Das Dekor ist durchdacht und aus verschiedenen Elementen zusammengestellt- so haben unterschiedliche Bereiche ihren eigenen Charakter. Wir bieten zwei Aussenbereiche: unseren Innenhof mit Bedienung, und unsere Veranda an der Vorderseite des Gebäudes für Appetithappen, Drinks und eine Partie Boccia.
