One of which bears the name of the most famous pizza in Italy the “Margherita” meaning Daisy. We stay true to our recipes and techniques that have been passed down for generations from Italy. We have perfected the traditions in America at our great Uncle Sal’s Restaurant in New York. The photo below shows our father in the early 80’s learning the family pizza and pasta recipes from our famous Uncle Sal. Our father and grandmother Josephine still operate a restaurant in Arizona that is noted as the best Italian restaurant in Phoenix. We are the third generation of our family to share this special part of our family with our guest.
