Knife & Spoon is the signature steak and seafood restaurant in the Ritz-Carlton Orlando Grande Lakes led by Chef Tyler Kineman. Had a girls night out and was pleasantly surprised that it was Sunday Funday all day happy hour. Food was delicious and beautifully presented. Highly recommend. We’ll be back again

we were meeting my 2 sisters families for the holidays since one lives in st. croix, temporarily in jupiter and one in tampa...found this was a happy medium for traveling for all of us. we were seated quickly and had a choice where ....waitress and staff were superb. great way to get together.

Great night with Chaunti! She was so helpful with the new menu and she is so friendly! Our food (salad and lasagna) was outstanding- HUGE compliments to the kitchen staff! The manager stopped by to visit and he was wonderful! Outstanding service and delicious food in a very well managed restaurant- highly recommend!

We started with the Burrata which was uniquely delicious. Secondly, we enjoyed the meatballs. We split the lamb chops as our meal. They were perfectly prepared. Our waiter was very attentive, and he did not rush us to finish. It was an enjoyable evening!
