Im Jahr 1977 kaufte John Gianaras das L&F Corner Market und verwandelte es in ein ungezwungenes Restaurant namens Panos' (benannt nach seinem Vater). 1988 erweiterte und gestaltete das frisch vermählte Paar John und Vi das Restaurant neu und machte es zu einem gehobenen, kalifornisch-griechischen Restaurant. Sie betrieben das stets beliebte Panos' insgesamt 20 Jahre lang. 17 Jahre später ... Das Restaurant gehört immer noch der Familie Gianara und nun stehen die Töchter Kristen und Kathryn in der Küche und hinter der Theke.
