Prosciutto Bros. is a warehouse factory converted into a Craft Bar, a big red brick building in the industrial area of Eltham, frequented by locals who love an icy craft beer, with 20 Craft Beer taps and a great wine list to match. Prosciutto Bros menu is designed for sharing, very home-style Italian, featuring imported smoked, salted, preserved and cooked meats and cheeses showcased on display in our deli window, served as antipasti platters, charcuterie and cheese boards. We also have a wood fired oven, where an array of pizzas are cooked, some topped with meatballs, salami's and of course Prosciutto, a range of other plates, like a trio of dips with freshly baked bread, home-made meatballs, home-made gnocchi and many other "Little Tings". Vatutto is a family run restaurant, Owners Paul and Myrto Recinella moved from their 16 year Institution at Zios East Melbourne to the Ivanhoe location in 2015. A full renovation was completed recently creating a modern yetelegant atmosphere. Vatutto translates from Italian to ‘Everything goes’ the menu here has a diverse flavour selection from all corners of the earth. Produce here is sourced from premium suppliers, and we use sustainable seafood from Australian or New Zealand waters, Wagyu beef from Gippsland, organic eggs, fruit and vegetables, and quality imported cheese, dairy products and flour. Excellent from beginning to end. The feed me option is excellent value. All three cocktails I tried were fantastic and well balanced enough to not give you indigestion like some strong overly sweet ones. The sandstorm chicken was a standout and will have me coming back again for sure. Well done. The only critique I could give is that they were too efficient and the food came out pretty fast, that it felt like the whole meal was over too soon.

It was a very busy night, the first 30+ night for months and it was clear no one in eltham wanted to cook and they wanted to eat out. We had big table of 12, the restaurant was packed and we didn’t need to wait for service or our food. We were constantly checked on. My mum had a wonderful birthday with her kids and grandkids. Thank you!
