A Stellar Experience with Exceptional Service from Mona at Union Grill & Bar😊 Last Friday night, Jessica and I had the absolute pleasure of dining at Union Grill & Bar, and what truly elevated our experience was the outstanding service we received from Mona. From the moment we were seated, Mona’s warm smile and attentive presence made us feel genuinely welcome and valued. She carried herself with such grace and professionalism, effortlessly balancing friendliness and efficiency. Every recommendation she made was spot on, showcasing her deep knowledge of the menu and her desire to ensure we had the best dining experience possible. Mona paid attention to every detail — from making sure our drinks were always refreshed to checking in just the right amount without ever feeling intrusive. She created an atmosphere of ease and joy, allowing us to fully enjoy our evening. It’s rare to encounter someone who goes above and beyond with such authenticity, but Mona truly did. We had the best meal of our vacation at Bella Trattoria. It was my son’s birthday and Simone had the entire restaurant singing for him! What a memorable and special evening. And the food was phenomenal.

Ms. Pipers Kitchen last night was our first dinner on the Island. The restaurants that follow have much to live up to because this place was fantastic. Location was intimate yet family friendly enough. We were four, including two adult sons. The food was outstanding. Butterflied snapper and Korean ribs - get them! Desserts - Eaton Mess and the Grilled banana omg there are no words to describe. But the absolute topper to our evening was our server Mattia! Thank you Mattia I hope I remembered the correct spelling of your name because you were memorable!
