Isa is a small neighborhood bistro serving eclectic and seasonally driven menu. Reservations are available inside the dining room up to 30 days out, with a maximum of 8 guests. We had a great experience at Lucky Cheetah. The staff were fantastic, the food was amazing, and the atmosphere was really cool. It’s like a Chinese-themed speakeasy! It’s my new favorite restaurant/bar in Portland.

The fennel salad is a favorite. Bartender makes a fantastic Manhattan. Waitstaff is friendly and knowledgeable. Food is always great. Our favorite restaurant in Portland.

Experience was great. We were able to have a great conversations and with minimal interruptions. Service was prompt, polite and thoughtful. The entrees were great; however, specifically the beef stew entrees was cool upon arrival than liked -- it should have been hotter. It also seemed to be few pieces of beef. Otherwise, the experience was great!
