Soweit möglich werden Biozutaten aus der Region verwendet. Das schöne und elegante Interieur des komfortablen Restaurants wurde durch das Leben am Ostufer der Chesapeake Bay inspiriert. Der offene und geräumige Speisesaal ist lichtdurchflutet, da sich an einer Wand raumhohe Fenster befinden, durch die Sie auf den Skulpturengarten des Museums blicken. Quite literally the best crab omelette I've ever eaten. The ambiance and decor are pitch-perfect: not too formal, with just enough elegant simplicity to add to the overall experience. The staff are knowledgeable professionals who know how to set and serve a table. Gertrude's is my go-to when friends and family visit, or when I want a dining experience that is a cut above!

Great food and gracious service at the food market! Generous portions are a bonus. Loved the crab soup with a little crab cake and the beet salad was fantastic.
