The name “Ichoume” comes from the address of this street. Ichoume is located on ‘1’ Harbour Street, Darling Quarter. That’s why we named the restaurant “Ichoume” (Choume is used for addresses in Japan. Amazing experience. The chef was full of character and had lots of fun with the diners and explained the courses well. The service was great and the food was delicious. The wine pairing was a bit too much on the sweet side for my liking but was nice to taste a range of different sakes.

Ichoume has always been amazing - miso butter scallops, eggplant dish, agedashi tofu, wagyu okonomiyaki and sashimi are always a stand out! Service is always above and beyond what we expect and we always enjoy our night out here! Thank you so much Ichoume! We will definitely be back soon!
