The menu is innovative and freshly prepared. Wait staff is superb. You always get the sense that the Talus management and staff are working hard to make your experience memorable and to make you a loyal patron. They've been successful.

Memoir was an amazing place to eat in downtown Omaha. We went there to celebrate our wedding anniversary. The service was amazing . Chris was very attentive to our needs. The food was some of the best we have had in Omaha area. An amazing appetizer including a dip and an amazing squash soup. Our main courses was shared between the two of us as salmon on rice and a prime rib sandwich. Dessert was not only a beautiful presented but delicious. I can't say enough great things about this restaurant. We will be back.

It was quiet since it was Monday night but wow the food is so good!! This was my 3rd visit and we just love it. Best Philly sandwich in town.
