No hesitation in recommending this restaurant as you’re always guaranteed good quality food and service. The set lunch menu is terrific value. Waterfront is the perfect place to meet with friends when you want to talk without excessive background noise. It’s our favourite place to eat in Brighton.

The easy-going tapas style menu was a hit with us. While there is a variety of tasty mains to choose from, we preferred to graze on the excellent selection of share plates available. I strongly recommend exploring all the starters. Noise is a problem if you're sitting inside. The lack of soft surfaces creates a cacophony of echoes within this space that unfortunately prevents enjoyment of conversation. At times, it was difficult to hear the person sitting next you speak. Service wise, the experience was faultless. We were lucky to have a very attentive, jovial and equally efficient person looking after us.
