Fantastic Valentines night dinner at Sindhu Marlow. The entire team pulled out all stops to make this a memorable evening for the guests. We loved the ambience hospitality and the tasty cuisine that was dished out. The portion sizes were right and all the food was very flavoursome and fresh. Cocktails were also too good. Went for Valentine's Lunch with my wife. Enjoyed the food very much. Amazing lobster. The service was perfect. Not too intrusive. Will go back and highly recommend this place.

Today was my mate John's birthday. I had arranged a birthday lunch for my mate John at The White Oak at Cookham. It's part of the Brucan Group. Me and my partner had eaten at their Finchampstead pub The Greyhound on several occasions so I guess I knew roughly what to expect. We started by sharing 6 oysters. Delicious. John had the grilled mackerel on squid Bolognese with samphire. Spot on. I had the steak tartare. Delightful. We both went for the braised beef shoulder on mustard mash. Cabbage seriously good. Absolutely delicious. They kindly presented John with a happy birthday plate of chocolate brownie or sticky toffee pudding with ice cream. Made John smile. Thank you The White Oak for a perfect birthday lunch. Very highly recommended. Cheers...

Wonderful food and ambience! The staff were lovely and friendly and we had such a great evening. So lovely to be right by the river.
