Great menu. Great tequila program. An absolute favorite in Avon. A-+

Overall, it was a nice experience, beautiful location, and view from the restaurant. I will say that we found it very odd that we ordered two filet mignon, and it was cut horizontally and served that way, instead of like a traditional fillet being prepared and served in its whole state. By cutting it horizontally, we felt like it was overcooked. We had ordered rare for one steak and medium rare for the other and both were overdone . I may be spoiled, but when I order a filet mignon, I do enjoy the steak being prepared and served the traditional way. Uncut. 

Personalized attention was excellent. We had a great dining experience and learned a lot about Italian cuisine at the same time! The lasagna was outstanding!

Autumn is an absolute stitch and a great server. We throughly enjoyed her and her service.

My wife and I had an excellent experience at the Charter Steakhouse. We started with mussels followed by sirloin and filet. Excellent service.
