The Farehouse is located in the heart of the historic Taylors Mill’s Dock No. 3. The mill began its life as the Southern Bleachery and Piedmont Print Works during the height of the Greenville area’s reign as the Textile Capital of the World. Closing as a mill in 1965, the building found a variety of partial uses until revitalization efforts began in the mid 2000s. While many mill revitalization projects have converted mills into condos and other residential projects, the Taylors Mill is proud to be the largest grassroots project of its kind in the upstate of South Carolina. Food was amazing. Restaurant was super busy, so it took a while to get menus, but once we did, the experience was flawless. Have dined here many times and never seen it quite this busy.

Firebirds never disappoints. Our holiday experience was exceptional last evening. We were quickly seated and greeted by the manager and our server, Lexi. She was helpful with our wine selection by patiently providing tastings of 2 bottles. The deviled eggs were recommended and arrived quickly and were delicious. The filets and loaded potatoes were prepared as requested. I love dining at Firebirds. Will probably be back next Monday and will request Lexi. She was very special.
