Neben Roastbeef und Rotzunge stehen daher auch Schweinemilz, Nierenspießchen, Rinderherzen, Leber und Kutteln auf der Speisekarte. Das gebratene Knochenmark mit Petersiliensalat ist ein Klassiker. Das Restaurant scheint auf den ersten Blick vielleicht nicht für Vegetarier geeignet, doch die fleischlosen Gerichte werden mit derselben Sorgfalt zubereitet wie das Fleisch, der Fisch, das Geflügel und die Desserts.
