Here at Calabria Brick-Oven Pizzeria we create something truly special that would allow the world to try authentic pizza. Our pizza dough is made from scratch daily using an old recipe and cold fermented up to 72 hours, giving it time to develop a unique flavor. Our pizzas are 100% handmade to order and baked in our brick wood fire oven at a heat of around 750°F to 850° F degrees. This intense blast of heat locks in all the natural flavors, creating a soft and chewy in the middle and charred crust on the outside. We love this place. We decided to take our grown son & 2 daughters for their first brunch on Black Friday. My wife & I were pleasantly surprised not to have to wait for a table & were seated immediately for a table of 6. Everyone enjoyed the wood smoked brisket & eggs with perfectly seasoned red potato hash. My wife couldn't wait to have her usual pulled pork & eggs &, of course, a pineapple sage mimosa. Our server Alley was top notch & made our visit that much more enjoyable.

Delightful setting. The food, however, was a little disappointing. A basket of very ordinary bread was $5. Very good drinks and french fries were wonderful.

The food was amazing, highly recommend the broccolini….. just wow… The server was very knowledgeable in all the dishes and made some great recommendations. The food was very fast, I did wish they spaced it out a bit more. As we got to dessert and still had our glass of wine to finish. The atmosphere was also very nice and welcoming. Highly recommend, overall great experience and great food.

A great place with a comfortable atmosphere. It felt very private, but fun and alive at the same time. The wine was amazing and everything that my wife and I had to eat was great. Strongly recommend The Athentique to anyone looking for good wine and food!
