Great food and value nice place , only drawbacks parking lots especially on weekends. Worth the parking hassle. Very nice in nice weather they open large doors.

Salt & Barrell is a combination of great food and great service with an energetic vibe. Whether it's the host, the manager or the server, everyone who works there is super friendly, and very accommodating. The menu evolves, so going regularly doesn't create monotony. The drinks are phenomenal, and their whiskey menu (The Bible) is extensive. They could use a little improvement on the wine list (which is very small, with not a lot of good options), but you can easily get past this. Salt & Barrell is by far one of the best restaurants in Bay Shore, and worth a visit.
